I am have been separated from my husband since March of 2009. In February he told me he wanted a divorce and I was devastated to say the least. As a result of that heart breaker, I could do one thing and one thing only and that was to cry out to God. This blog is my journey to healing and finding Gods perfect peace in my life.
I BELIEVE A PERSON CAN FORGIVE AND STILL BE HURT, BUT HOW A PERSON HANDLES HIS/HER HURT IS A TURE SIGN OF IF THEY HAVE REALLY FORGAVE YOU OR NOT. IF A PERSON IS FORGIVING THEN HE/SHE DOESN'T KEEP BRING UP THE THING WHICH WAS FORGIVEN. WE SHOULD DEAL WITH OUR HURT IN A POSITVE WAY.
ReplyDeletewow....when you say you forgive...it must be more than words..unlike what many "books' and people say...forgiveness while critical...is still personal...the spirit does not evolve by merely saying "I forgive" you have 2 live it..so my advice is to always be of kind spirit through the pain, but only forgive when you can say it and live it...peace and blessings
